Supplementary Measures Energy Efficiency Action Plan E4+ 2008-2012
The policy establishes 28 additional urgent measures to upgrade the Spanish Energy Efficiency Strategy (E4) 2004-12. They focus on : Transport, Energy, GHGs (F gases, CH4, NO2), and RD&I. They aim to achive an emissions reduction target of 60 454 kT CO2 equivalent.

Dr Birol delivered a keynote speech at the seminar, which was attended by the King of Sweden and over 150 prominent figures from government, industry and academia.
