| This programme earmarks budget up to EUR 30 million per project for projects with a minimum CAPEX of EUR 3 million. First call opened in December 2024 with the program running until June 2026 with one call per year. Technology should address at least one of the levers (1) Energy efficiency; (2) Change in the energy mix; (3) Modification of the material mix; (4) Carbon capture, recovery and storage.

The Low-Carbon Energy Research Funding Initiative
The Low-Carbon Energy Research (LCER) Funding Initiative (FI) is a multi-agency initiative that aims to develop low-carbon energy technologies in hydrogen and carbon capture, utilisation, and storage (CCUS), to support the decarbonisation of the power and industry sectors. The first grant call was issued in 2021 and focused on developing low and medium technology readiness level (TRL) technologies (i.e. low: TRL 1-3, medium: TRL 4-6). Ms Galván holds a BA in Economics, a diploma in Advance Econometrics from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM), and a Master in Public Policy from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. She started her professional career in 1993 as advisor to the Vice Minister of Public Revenue at the Ministry of Finance, where she was involved in the project of the Mexican Central Bank Autonomy and in customs surveillance.From 1994 to 2002, she held different positions at Banco de México, the Mexican Central Bank, among them Head of the Department on Financial Credits Markets Survey. Municipal Energy Roadmap
As part of the Green Municipal Fund initiative, the Municipal Energy Roadmap is a decision-support tool that provides strategic advice to find the most impactful solutions to reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions. It will help municipalities: discover solutions for energy efficiency in municipal, commercial, and residential buildings; learn about solutions for community sustainable energy generation; implement strategies to drive these solutions forward. The initiative is part of the Green Municipal Fund, a CAD 1 billion program funded by the Government of Canada and delivered by the Federation of Canadian Municipalities.

Monthly oil statistics for OECD countries This report includes the latest monthly data on oil production for all OECD member countries, and imports, exports, refinery outputs and net deliveries for major product categories for all OECD regions. The publication also includes total oil stock levels and stock changes for major product categories for all OECD member countries. Together with the latest month data are included the last two year and last quarter aggregates, the year-to-date figures for the current and previous year and the year-on-year and year-to-date percentage changes.
