Guidelines for Flare Gas Measurement, Data Management and Reporting Obligations
The Guidelines for Flare Gas Measurement, Data Management and Reporting Obligations set out specs for the meters required to be installed in the 2018 Flare Gas Regulations. The Guidelines also describe what to do if meters malfunction, and explain how to calculate "unaccounted for" flared methane gas. The Guidelines then lay out the general requirements and obligations for flare permit holders with respect to flare gas management and reporting, to ensure permit holders meet their cap requirements.

VAT reduction on fuels for November 2022
Reduction in excise tax on fuels starting from 4 November 2022 and until 18 November 2022. For petrol, this reduction is equivalent to EUR 0.478/litre, for oils from gas or diesel this is equivalent to EUR 0.367/litre, and for liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) used as fuel there is a reduction of EUR 0.18261/kg.
