National green hydrogen and ammonia roadmap
The roadmap defines four phases of hydrogen development: a pilot and research phase, an implementation phase, a commercialisation phase and an exporting phase. Targets for the second phase include USD 250 million investment, 100% import replacement of urea, 15% co-firing in cement and 120 MW of electrolyser capacity. The last phase includes targets of 8-9 GW of electrolysis across nine hubs and 8 Mtpa of ammonia production. The roadmap defines 44 actions across nine areas to achieve these targets including tax incentives, credit guarantee schemes, public procurement, certification and knowledge exchange

Energy to Work - Hydrogen Roadmap
This Roadmap is a follow up of the National Hydrogen Strategy presented in June 2020. "The vision presented in the roadmap is that by 2050 a market for the production and use of hydrogen will have been established in Norway. In the short-term, the government will seek to facilitate, in collaboration with the private sector, the establishment of five hydrogen hubs in the area of maritime transportation by 2025. It will also, in collaboration with the private sector, strive for the establishment of one or two industrial projects with associated production facilities, as well as five to ten pilot…
