Senior Energy Analyst. Dr. Peter Zeniewski is a Senior Energy Analyst at the IEA. His main area of focus is the outlook for natural gas and LNG – covering long-term assessments of supply, demand, trade, investment and pricing. He has also led projects on energy affordability, biogases, India’s energy outlook, and emissions from oil and gas supply. Prior to joining the IEA, Peter was a Chancellor’s Fellow at the University of Edinburgh and held positions at the European Commission and Wood Mackenzie. He holds a PhD in International Relations from the University of Oxford.

Norihiko Saeki
Director for CCUS Policy, Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry of Japan. Norihiko Saeki serves as the Director for CCUS Policy, the Agency for Natural Resources and Energy (ANRE), the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry of Japan (METI). He is responsible for formulating national strategy for Carbon Capture, Utilization and Sequestration (CCUS) in the Japanese government and currently engaged in drafting CCUS Business Act and CCUS Diplomacy as well. Prior to assuming this duty, Mr. Saeki was the Executive Director at Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO) Los Angeles office and oversees and coordinates the collaboration program of “J-Bridge”. He holds a Bachelors degree from the University of Tokyo, has been a visiting scholar at Johns Hopkins University SAIS and completed the Mamagement Acceleration Program at the Anderson School of Management UCLA.

Mr. Konstantinos Dimopoulos is an Associate in the Climate Strategy and Delivery unit at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). From 2013 to 2016, he worked as a Sustainable Development Consultant, assisting public sector organizations in Greece to reduce their carbon footprint and transition to sustainable growth. From 2017 to 2021, he worked in the engineering and real estate sectors in London. Mr. Dimopoulos holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Patras and an MBA from the Athens University of Economics and Business.
