…euros, promotes the technological transformation of the bus production chain to ensure the production capacity needed to replace outdated public transport with new electric and connected models, reducing the environmental impact of public transport.Following the changes made to the PNRR, 25 million euros are earmarked for the implementation of the intervention within the allocation of investment M7-I12 of the PNRR of a total of 100 million. The allocation replaces the one initially allocated for the measure, equal to 80 million of a total of 300, within measure 5.3 of the PNRR M2C2 "Energy transition and sustainable mobility".

The GTF’s investment strategy is aimed at the sectors of renewables, circular economy, mobility, energy efficiency, waste disposal, energy storage and similar.

Support to electric vehicle procurement and charging infrastructure development
The German Federal Ministry for Digital Affairs and Transport (BMDV) is investing EUR 20 million in the procurement of vehicles and the development of charging infrastructure as part of the electromobility funding guideline. A total of 86 projects are approved, 36 of them by municipalities and 50 by companies. The funding is intended to support municipal and commercial fleets such as vehicle fleets, company cars, taxis, mobility and sharing services in an accelerated switch to alternative drives. The Czech National Recovery Plan is a strategic plan designed to tackle the economic crisis related to the Covid-19 pandemic.
