Industrial Energy Efficiency Data Analysis Project
The Industrial Energy Efficiency Data Analysis (IEEDA) Project estimates the potential for energy efficiency improvement in different industrial sectors through quantifying the scale and value of untapped energy efficiency potential across a range of key technologies, processes and fuel types. The IEEDA project consolidates and analyses company data already collected through the Energy Efficiency Opportunities (EEO) Program, the National Greenhouse and Energy Reporting (NGER) system and a range of state based programs. The project also involved a detailed barriers-analysis to gain a better understanding of what may be preventing greater uptake of industrial energy efficiency projects. This will inform…

EV Everywhere
EV Everywhere is the umbrella effort of the U.S. Department of Energy to increase the adoption and use of plug-in electric vehicles. EV Everywhere was launched in 2012 as an ambitious, far-reaching, national goal to help the U.S. become more energy secure and environmentally sustainable. The goal of the initiative is to enable plug-in electric vehicles (PEVs) that are as affordable and convenient for the American family as gasoline-powered vehicles by 2022.
EV Everywhere combines research and development, outreach and education, partnership-building, and strategic planning. EV Everywhere is focused on creating strategic partnerships… -

EVRoam
EVRoam is a live database of New Zealand’s electric vehicle charging infrastructure. It collects real-time information from all safe and monitored public charge points around New Zealand, and freely distributes it.
This maximises the profile of the available charging infrastructure though dozens of existing apps and maps, and lets drivers know if a station is operational or otherwise offline so that they can plan journeys. -

Municipal energy and emission database
The federal government announced a CAD 80,000 investment to the Sustainability Solutions Group to support the development of the Municipal Energy and Emission Database (MEED), an integrated geospatial platform that tracks greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions for municipalities across Canada. The Sustainability Solutions Group is a climate planning consultancy that has created community energy and emissions plans for over 60 municipalities. Funding was provided by Natural Resources Canada’s GeoConnections Program, which facilitates sharing and use of geospatial information about Canada's lands, people and natural resources.
