Regulation No.5/2012 on the types of businesses subject to environment impact analysis

Issued by the Ministry of Environment, this regulation outlines the types of businesses and acitivities said to have significant environmental impact and therefore require an environmental impact assessment as per Regulation No.27 and Law No. 32.
