(Alberta) Code of Practice for Exploration Operations

Outlines that no person shall commence or continue conduct or reclamation of any exploration operation unless an activities plan has been: (a) prepared; and (b) maintained current. Schedule 2 comprehensively describes the contents of the activities plan to be submitted.
