(Alberta) Emissions Trading Regulation

Outlines the baseline emissions rate for for a natural gas-fired generating unit that has (i) a maximum continuous rating of 20 megawatts or less, the baseline emission rate for NOX is 0.5 kg/MWh; (ii) a maximum continuous rating of more than 20 megawatts but not more than 60 megawatts, the baseline emission rate for NOX is 0.3 kg/MWh; (iii) a maximum continuous rating of more than 60 megawatts, the baseline emission rate for NOX is 0.2 kg/MWh. Outlines the process for emissions credits.
