Luxembourg National Energy and Climate Plan

The National Energy and Climate Plan sets a 50 to 55% GHG emissions reduction target by 2030 compared to 2005 levels.  For renewable energy,  the  new  directive provides an  increase in the target to around  23% by 2030.For energy efficiency, EU effort sharing and the EU target for energy efficiency result in a target corridor of 40 to 44 %.
