(Victoria) Offshore Petroleum and Greenhouse Gas Storage Act 2010

This Act establishes the requirement to pay royalties for petroleum by licensees.  The law stipulates that royalties are not payable in respect of petroleum that, with the approval of the Minister, is flared or vented in connection with operations for the recovery of petroleum.
