(South Australia) Environment Protection Act 1993

Establishes a general duty that a person must not undertake an activity that pollutes, or might pollute, the environment unless the person takes all reasonable and practicable measures to prevent or minimise any resulting environmental harm. Outlines that an activity that involves flaring (coal seam gas, oil, coal production) is subject to the policies and regulations of the Act.
