Technical Guidelines for Passive Ultra-low Energy use Green Buildings (Trial Implementation in Residential Buildings)

The technical guidelines were developed based on international good practices in constructive passive, low-energy buildings and supports the target of the New Urbanisation Plan (2015-2020), which requires 50% of new buildings to be green.

 

These guidelines therefore clarify the definition of the different elements that constitute a passive, ultra-low energy use green building, with different indicators to account for the different climates across the countries. The technical guidelines are comprehensive and cover the thematic priorities of:

 

• building design


• building construction


• building operation


• building performance evaluation
