GB/T 51100-2015 Assessment standard for green store buildings

The assessment standard applies to the new construction, expansion and reconstruction of different types of store buildings, including store building complexes, single store buildings and store areas within a mixed-used building.

 

The assessment standard takes into account local climate conditions and indoor environmental parameters. The assessment looks at the following aspects:

• outdoor environmental quality


• energy conservation and energy use


• water conservation and water resource use


• material efficiency and material resource use


• indoor environment quality


• construction management


• building operations management


• others
