Subsidies for private and public charging points. First, the objective of the Movele pilot demonstration project (2011-2014) is to install a total of
546 public-use charging points in the cities of Madrid, Barcelona, and Seville by
March 2012. At the end of 2011, 151 charging points had been installed.
