Energy Efficiency Regulations - Amendment 14

Amendment 14 to the Energy Efficiency Regulations was published in the Canada Gazette, Part II on October 31, 2018, which updates energy efficiency standards for 17 product categories, including lamps, dehumidifiers, microwaves and air conditioners. Some provisions offering flexibility to dealers, including revised import reporting provisions came into force upon publication, while the balance of the Amendment came into force on April 30, 2019.
