Medium-Scale Power Generation using Renewable Energy (Ministerial Regulation No. 2/2006)

Obliges electric utility PLN to purchase electricity generated from renewable energy from facilities with a capacity between 1 MW and 10 MW.


Feed-in-tariffs (10 year puchase contracts, may be extended):



  • Low voltage: 60% of utility’s generation costs

  • Medium voltage: 80% of utility’s generation costs
