Notice on the improvement of the grid connection and assimilation of wind electric power generation in 2013

The situation of wasting electric power produced by wind power grid due to poor grid construction in 2012 is critical in some region, there is an estimate number of 200 billion kWh is wasted. In order to improve the wind power utilization rate, the national energy administration has issued several comments:

1. Pay more attention to the utilization of wind power electricity.
2. Analyse the causes of the situation thoughtfully and eliminate this situation as soon as possible.
3. Enhance the research of the utilization methods for those regions that have abundant resources, to make sure the stable growth of the use of wind power.
