Rules of Issuing Special Permission to Activity Concerning Alternative and Renewable Energy Source

Outlines rules and procedures of applying and issuing Special Permission for operating renewable energy plants.
Permission can be issued to legal and physical persons;
For all types of renewable energy plants with a capacity bigger than 10 kW;
Applications must be made to the Ministry of Industry and Energy who has a power to issue the permission.
