The Planning and Priorities Co-ordination Division (PPCD) was established to ensure the efficient absorption and management of European assistance, both EU and Bi-lateral through effective co-ordination across government departments, authorities, agencies and other stakeholders.

Among others, PPCD offers financial funds to Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency projects (public and private).
