Community benefit-sharing for large renewable plants

Forthcoming Ministerial Order to develop the obligation for large renewable plants to return benefits to nearby citizens and local communities. It is expected to define acceptable benefit-sharing mechanisms, territorial scope, verification rules and participation requirements.
