Procedure for offshore wind development

Royal Decree 962/2024 creates a single competitive procedure for offshore renewable electricity projects. The process can combine the renewable remuneration framework, grid access capacity reservation and maritime concession, reducing fragmentation across the different authorisations needed for offshore wind development.
