Law of 19 December 2025 introducing a pre-financing procedure for solar photovoltaic installations

The pre-financing scheme  allows the installation of new photovoltaic systems without having to advance the full amount of the costs. To benefit from the scheme, the applicant must opt for self-consumption and waive the guaranteed feed-in tariff.
