Energy saving agreements - voluntary agreements (I006)

Under §8 of Act No. 321/2014 on Energy Efficiency, an energy saving agreement is a written agreement between the Ministry of Economy and a natural or legal person committing to achieving agreed energy savings or providing information on energy efficiency measures. SIEA collects, monitors, verifies and evaluates data from participating entities.
