Eligible expenditures include preparatory investment works including energy audits and certificates, studies and project documentation. Minimum medium-level renovation required (primary energy savings 30–60%), with support intensity varying from 85% for 30% savings to 100% for savings exceeding 60%. Target groups: public administration entities, non-governmental non-profit organisations, churches. Coordinated by the Ministry of Investment, Regional Development and Informatisation; implemented by SIEA. Financed under OP KŽP (2021–2023) and Programme Slovakia (2024–2030).
