Energy performance contracting (EPC) for modernisation of public buildings and public lighting using future energy savings to repay investment costs. Legislative basis in Act No. 321/2014 on Energy Efficiency and Decree No. 99/2015. GES providers listed in a register maintained by the Ministry of Economy and SIEA. Applies Eurostat methodology for the public sector. Managed by the Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic.
