Construction of buildings above min. requirements - Public non-commercial buildings - ECB (S005)

Aims to achieve energy efficiency beyond applicable minimum legal requirements when constructing new public non-commercial buildings (administrative buildings, schools, healthcare facilities). Energy savings determined based on energy performance certificates issued at completion. Part of the aggregated ECB measure under Act No. 555/2005. Managed by the Ministry of Transport of the Slovak Republic.
