Reducing the energy intensity of residential buildings_SHDF (H001)

The State Housing Development Fund (ŠFRB) provides subsidised loans at reduced interest rates for reducing heating energy demand in apartment buildings. Loans cover up to 100% of eligible costs for insulation. Maximum interest rate 1.5%; repayment period 25 years. Partial loan remission up to 10% of principal if heating demand is reduced to 28.0 kWh/(m²·year) or below. Coordinated by the Ministry of Transport; implemented by ŠFRB.
