National Construction Code 2025

The National Construction Code was updated in 2025 and includes a range of measures including requirements for certain commercial buildings to install solar PV, improve electrification readiness, stronger building fabric requirements, stronger HVAC requirements and additional lighting control requirements. Code implementation timeline to vary by State based on the passage of enabling legislation.
