Thermal Building Refurbishment for Non-Profit Housing Associations 2026, Multi-Storey Residential Buildings

 | Funding for non-profit housing associations pursuant to the Austrian Federal Act of 8 March 1979 on Non-Profit Housing, Federal Law Gazette No. 139/1979 as amended (Non-Profit Housing Act – WGG).
 
 Funding is provided for thermal refurbishment of buildings that are more than 15 years old at the time of application (date of building permit) and that contain at least three separate residential units prior to refurbishment.
