Revision of the Energy Act: Acceleration Bill

The acceleration bill includes amendments to the Energy Act. These amendments aim to simplify and shorten the planning and permitting procedures for solar, hydropower, and wind energy installations of national importance. Among other measures, the planning process for the expansion of the electricity grid will be simplified, and authorization and appeal procedures will be streamlined.
