Scheme to support biogenic carbon capture and storage (CCS)

Swedish scheme to support biogenic carbon capture and storage (CCS) has a budget of USD 3.4 billion (SEK 36 billion). Funding will be awarded through competitive bidding for projects capturing at least 50,000 tonnes of biogenic CO2 annually. Selected beneficiaries receive grants via 15-year contracts.
