Act no. 309/2009 Coll. on the promotion of renewable energy sources and high efficiency cogeneration (2026 amendment)

The act aims at setting the legal framework and regulations to support the development of renewable energy sources in Slovakia. 
It was last amended to reach 10,2 % in 2027, 11,5 % in 2028, 16,0 % in 2029, and 27 % in 2030.
