Social Climate Plan on EV support

The Swedish Social Climate Plan, approved by the EU, include a proposal for an electric car premium targeted at vulnerable groups, identified in 115 000 households. The measure, will mobilise over USD 540 million (over EUR 500 million) from 2026 to 2032, providing USD 130 (EUR 120) per month for three years to support the purchase or lease of new or used EVs.
