Infrabel Multiannual Investment Plan (2023-2032)

The Plan provides multiannual public investment in rail infrastructure through Infrabel, with a total budget of approximately €16.4 billion over 2023-2032, including around €11 billion for infrastructure investment. It covers network modernisation, capacity expansion, port connections, signalling upgrades and completion of major projects such as the Brussels RER network.
