Urgent regulations to address the increase in energy costs and the protection of affected sectors of the economy

The Act introduces a temporary targeted fuel subsidy, the Fuel Pass, for low-income households. Eligible owners can receive up to EUR 60 on the digital debit card. 
The programme starts on April 6, 2026 and ends on April 30, 2026.
