It provides guidance on energy efficiency and renewable energy use in new and existing non-residential buildings. Applies to buildings with peak electrical demand ≥10 W/m² and covers HVAC, lighting, and system design. Excludes low-energy buildings below this threshold. Supports improved energy performance through design and system efficiency.
