National Electricity General Plan

The plan is a policy framework and roadmap for the development of Indonesia's electricity sector, with a primary focus on achieving Net Zero Emissions (NZE) by 2060 or sooner. 
By 2060, the target is for new and renewable energy to account for approximately 73.6% of the energy mix, while fossil fuels combined with Carbon Capture and Storage will make up the remaining 26.4%. 
It also aims to develop infrastructure by  interconnecting various islands and implementing smart grid technologies and achieve 100% electrification ratio by 2029.
