Law No. 2/2023 on Fluorinated Greenhouse Gases

This law regulates the entire lifecycle of F-gases including import, export, placement on the market, recovery, recycling, and destruction. It requires, among others, mandatory leak checks for some equipments and sets a maximum amount of hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs) that can be produced or imported each year.
