National Energy and Climate Plan of the Republic of Albania

The plan sets specific targets to be achieved by 2030 such as achieving a 59.4% share of energy from renewable sources in gross final consumption and diversifying the electric mix by investing in solar PV and wind power. 

It also sets a goal to establish 200–300 electric car charging towers throughout Albania by 2025 with an estimated budget of USD 5.4 million (EUR 5 million).
