EcoCasa Financial Cooperation Programme

The Ecocasa program aims to achieve a 20-40% reduction in energy-related CO2 emissions compared with baseline houses by providing three primary energy performance standards, Eco-CASA I, II and III, corresponding to different levels of energy efficiency, adapted to different building types and climate zones. As of April 2025, the EcoCASA programme has certified 3 500 000 m2 of floorspace.
