Second NDC of Costa Rica

Costa Rica aims at not exceeding a GHG emissions cap of 11.38 million tons of carbon dioxide equivalent (MtCO2e) in 2030 and limit its cumulative emissions to no more than 132.7 million tons of CO2e between 2025 and 2035.
