National Action Plan to Mitigate Short-Lived Climate Pollutants

Ghana’s National Action Plan to Mitigate Short-Lived Climate Pollutants (SLCPs) identifies 16 mitigation measures to address SLCPs, including methane, with the goal of reducing methane emissions by 56%. One of the implementation pathways it identifies is the monitoring of environmental conditions including ensuring zero or allowable flaring or venting.
