GB 19578-2004 Limits of fuel consumption for passenger cars

The Standard sets fuel efficiency requirements for light-duty vehicles in two phases: 
- Phase I requirements applies to new vehicles since July 2005 and to all vehicles since July 2006; 
- Phase II requirements applies to new vehicles since January 2008 and in-production vehicles since January 2009.
