Regulation (EU) No 333/2014 to define the modalities for reaching the 2020 target to reduce CO2 emissions from new passenger cars

From 2020 onwards, this Regulation sets a target of 95 g CO2/km for the average emissions of the new car fleet. 

The following target percentages of new passenger cars registered by each manufacturer have also been set: 

• 95 % in 2020
• 100 % by the end of 2020 onwards
