Green Hydrogen Production Chain Development Program (H2V)

BRL 102.4 million (USD 18.8 million) to be awarded in the form of grants with up to BRL 30 million per project. The aim of the call for proposals is to boost the green hydrogen production chain in Rio Grande do Sul, enabling the production, transmission, storage, and use of this sustainable fuel, both for domestic consumption and for international markets. 16 proposals were submitted and 12 projects satisfied the technical criteria. The next step is the analysis of economic-financial capacity and counterparts which is expected to be finalized by October 2025 with contracts awarded by January 2026
