Fujian Hydrogen Industry Innovation Development Medium and Long-term Plan (2025-2035)

Fujian aims to build a Southeast China full-chain H2 hub, with 2025-2030 focusing on commencing 10+ innovation platforms, 1-3 green H2 demo project(>100MW), 50 refueling stations, 10 transport routes, 6000 FCVs/y and 3Mt/y H2 production. Entering 2030-2035, green H2 capacity will grow to 10 Mt/y, 40 % total supply.
