Three measures to support hydrogen development were announced: First, creating a demand response pilot program for electrolyzers; second, exploring options to regulate hydrogen pipelines; thrid expanded hydrogen innovation fund with two streams, one for the integration of low-carbon hydrogen into the electricity grid and one to support hydrogen use in heavy industry and transport
