State credit guarantees for green investments

Swedish National Debt Office (Riksgälden) offer state credit garantees for green industrial investments that contribute to Sweden's enviromental and climate targets. Guarantees could be issued until the end of 2024. The entire guarantee framework amounted to SEK 80 billion by end of 2024. The guarantee covers up to 80% of the loan. The maximum maturity of the guarantee is 15 years. 

The programme paused in 2025, no new guarantees can be granted in 2026.
